S.M.A.A. Catering

S.M.A.A. Catering is right here at No.25 in Mahaboopalayam. We are directly opposite the mosque, so it is very easy for anyone in the neighborhood to find us. We have been cooking in this spot for quite some time. It is a small operation, mostly family members and a few people from the street who help out when things get busy. The kitchen is always going, especially in the early morning hours when we start the fires. We do not have any fancy equipment, just the regular pots and pans we have always used. Most of our orders are for people we know or neighbors who have been coming to us for years. We handle small gatherings and some larger ones too if we have enough notice to get the extra help. Mahaboopalayam is a busy area, and being across from the mosque means there are always people around. We do not have a website or a marketing person. If the food is good, people come back. If it is not, we hear about it pretty fast from the locals. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the cooking itself. There is a lot of cleaning and prep work that people never see. We just want to make sure the food gets to where it needs to go on time. We have lived in this area forever, so we are not going anywhere. It is a normal business.
