M A K Balamurugan Catering Contractor

My name is Balamurugan and I run this catering contract business out of Chinna Chokkikulam. It is a quiet enough area but still close to the main parts of Madurai. I started this a while ago after working for other people for many years. Now, M A K Balamurugan Catering Contractor is just me and my small crew. We do not have a big office with a glowing sign. Most of the work happens at the sites where we are hired or in our small prep space here in the neighborhood. I spend a lot of my time on my bike going from one place to another to check on things. People in Chinna Chokkikulam know where to find me if they need something done for a wedding or a small house function. It is a lot of physical labor, moving big pots and heavy sacks of rice every day. I do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We cook, we serve, and then we clean up the mess. That is the life of a contractor. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, especially when it rains during an outdoor event, but we always manage to find a way. I have lived in this neighborhood for most of my life, so everyone feels like family to me. We do not have a brochure. If you want to know what we do, you just ask around or look at the last party we worked. It is a simple life.
