Siva Foods

Siva Foods is located at No 5A on South Street in the Narimedu area of Madurai. We are very close to the Kattu Pillayar Koil, which is a well-known landmark around here. If you find the temple, you are basically at our doorstep. Madurai is a city that loves its food, and we are just one small part of that. We have been in Narimedu for a good while, operating out of this spot on South Street. It is a local neighborhood, so we know most of the people who walk by every day. The shop isn't big or fancy. It is a practical space where we prepare and sell our food items. The street can be quite narrow and busy, especially when there are temple festivals or a lot of scooters passing through. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the kitchen, and we might be running around trying to get orders finished on time. We don't use any fancy advertising or have a big social media presence. Most of our customers come in because they live nearby or they saw us while visiting the temple. We just try to make food that people like and keep the place as clean as we can. It is a family-run kind of vibe, where everyone pitches in with the cooking and the cleaning. We are just a regular part of the Narimedu community and we have been for years. It is a simple life here on South Street.
