Raghavendra Food Products

Our setup is at H-608 in the TNHB Colony in Ellis Nagar. Since we are in a housing board colony, it doesn't feel like a cold, industrial workplace. It feels more like a part of the community. Raghavendra Food Products is a small operation, and we mostly handle everything ourselves. The kitchen area is where we spend the bulk of our time, prepping and cooking and packing. It gets quite busy around noon, and the space can feel a little small when we have a lot of orders to get through. We don't have a fancy delivery fleet; usually, it's just one of us heading out on a scooter to drop things off nearby. We try to keep things as clean and organized as possible, though on a busy day, it’s easy for things to get a bit cluttered. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in the city. We just like making food that people in the neighborhood enjoy eating. We use recipes that have been around for a long time, nothing experimental or trendy. Most of our customers are people who live right here in Ellis Nagar or close by. They know they can just stop by the house if they need something. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people talking to each other. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we like being our own bosses, even if the work is hard.
