Lithin Catering Centre

Lithin Catering Centre is over on Alagarkoil Main Road. If you know where Alameen School is, we are just right across from it in K Pudhur. It is a very lively part of town to work in. We spend most of our time in the back area where the actual work happens. The front part is really just for people to come in and talk about their dates. We do a lot of local events and small gatherings for people nearby. It is not a huge place, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the staff live just a few streets away, so we are all locals here. We do not have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know us from seeing our vans or hearing about us from their neighbors. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but that is just part of the job we chose. We try to stay out of the way of the school traffic during the mornings and when classes let out. It gets really crowded when the kids are all coming out onto the road. We have been in K Pudhur for a good bit of time now. Sometimes we have too many orders and have to say no, which is always a tough thing to do. We just like to keep things straightforward. If someone needs food for a function, they come talk to us. No big speeches or complicated menus here. Just work.
