We are over here at Plot No 6 in Arul Nagar, right by the Ellis Nagar Extension. Our place is actually just behind the Karumariamman Koil, so if you know the temple, you can find us easily in the Arasaradi area. It's been a long time since we started doing this. Most days we are just busy with the stoves and getting things ready before the sun gets too high in the sky. It gets quite hot in the kitchen but that is just how it goes for us. We handle the food side of things for people nearby. Sometimes it is for a small lunch for a few neighbors and other times it's for a much bigger group. We don't have a big office or anything fancy at all, just our workspace where we prep the vegetables and cook the rice. It’s mostly just family and a few helpers around the place. People usually just walk in or call us when they have something coming up. We try to keep things clean and simple. You won't find us doing much advertising because the work keeps us moving as it is. Living and working in Arasaradi means we know most of the faces around here. We just focus on getting the orders out on time without making too much of a fuss about it. It's regular work for us, day in and day out. We just do what we know how to do, which is cooking and packing food. If you are walking past the temple, you might smell whatever we are cooking for the day.
