Royal Fly Ash Brick

Royal Fly Ash Brick is based out of No. 314, Mig Flats in Anna Nagar. It might seem a bit unusual to have a brick business associated with a flat, but that’s where we handle all our orders and talk to people. The actual work happens at our yard, but this is our main point of contact for the business. Anna Nagar is a busy place and we’ve been here for a good while. We mostly deal with fly ash bricks because they are more modern and people like the way they look and hold up over time. My brother and I took this over from our uncle. We didn't change much, just kept the same way of doing things that he taught us. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure that when someone pays for a thousand bricks, they get exactly that and they are all in good shape. We spend a lot of our time on our mobile phones coordinating with the site supervisors and the delivery drivers. Sometimes the trucks get delayed in traffic, which is common around here, and we have to apologize to the customers. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have in stock and when we can get it to them. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we appreciate the local people who keep coming back to us.
