Chenthurr Fal-G Bricks

You can find our yard at Door No- 34/21/1 on Perumal Kovil South Mada Street. We are very close to the Peryar Bus Stand, which means there is always a lot of movement nearby. The buses are constantly going in and out, so the whole area stays pretty noisy from dawn until dusk. It’s a busy part of town to run a brick business. We have to be very careful with our timing when we bring in the raw materials so we don't block the street too much. The yard is tucked away on the South Mada Street and we have been at this location for a while. I spend most of my time managing the workers and talking to the local builders who come by. It gets really humid here, especially in the afternoons, so we take plenty of breaks for water and shade. The temple nearby is a central part of the neighborhood, and we try to be respectful of the local routine. It's a lot of physical work, loading and unloading by hand mostly. We don't have any corporate office or anything like that, just a simple counter where we take notes and handle the cash. Most days are pretty much the same, just keeping up with the orders and making sure the bricks are ready when people need them. It is just a normal life here near the bus stand for all of us.
