Bismillah Flyash Bricks

Our yard is located at 756 Main Road in Silaiman. We work specifically with flyash bricks here. It's a bit different from the traditional red bricks people are used to. We've been at this location for a while now. The main road gets quite busy with buses and trucks, so it's easy for people to spot us. We don't have a fancy showroom. Everything is just stacked up outside in the yard. We spend most of our time operating the machines and making sure the mix is right. It’s a lot of gray dust everywhere, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with everything from mixing to loading the trucks. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a big order to get out. We don't really use sales pitches. We just show people the bricks and they can see what they're getting. Silaiman is a good spot for us because of the transport links. People around here are starting to use flyash more often now. It keeps us busy and we just take it one day at a time. We've got our routine down and we just stick to it. It’s not a complicated life, just a lot of hard work. Everything here has a bit of a gray tint to it because of the ash. We use a lot of water to get the mixture just right so the bricks don't crumble when they dry. We usually eat our lunch together under the tin roof of our small office.
