Our place is located on the Ring Road in Madurai, right near the Mattuthavani Bus Stand. You can find us at 114-C in Utangudi. Being so close to the bus stand means it's usually loud outside and there is a lot of traffic, but it makes it easy for students to get here from different parts of Tamil Nadu. We teach people about catering and how the whole food business works. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You’ll see students in their whites, learning how to handle big pots and manage kitchen timings. It isn't like a regular quiet classroom where you just sit and listen. There’s always the smell of something cooking or the sound of dishes being moved around in the back. We’ve been running this for some time now, and it’s mostly about showing the practical side of things. People who want to work in hotels or start their own small food stalls come here. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big batch of students is in for the day, but we make it work. We don't have a big fancy reception area with sofas. You just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of where everything happens. It’s a busy spot, and we like it that way because it feels real. If you are looking for us, just look for the building right near the main road and the bus stop. It stays busy.
