Sooraj

Our place, Sooraj, is located in Thadambattuthazham, which is part of the Karapparambu area in Kozhikode. It is a local neighborhood and we have been here for a good while. We aren't a big company with many branches. It is just this one spot where we do our work. People in the area know us, and we know them. We don't really have a fancy way of describing what we do. We just provide a service to the community. Whether it's food or other things people need, we handle it as it comes. The day usually starts early and ends when the work is finished. We don't have a lot of employees, just a small group of us who have worked together for a long time. This makes the atmosphere pretty relaxed, even when we are busy. We aren't very interested in being "the best" or anything like that. We just want to do a job that we can be okay with at the end of the day. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations or making things look polished. We would rather just focus on the actual work. Sometimes the weather is bad and things get delayed, or we have a busy week where everything happens at once. We just take it as it comes and keep going with what we know.
