We operate out of Calicut. It’s a great city, but the weather can be a real challenge when you’re doing outdoor events or BTL activations. Our work is a bit of everything. One day we might be setting up a small display in a mall, and the next we could be managing a larger event in a public space. Our office isn't much to speak of—it’s mostly just a place where we store our tools, banners, and promotional materials. We spend most of our time out in the field. It’s not a nine-to-five kind of job. We’re often up late or out early to make sure everything is ready before the public arrives. We’re a small group, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. If a standee falls over, one of us fixes it. If a client needs a last-minute printout, we find a way to get it. We don't have a lot of formal processes. We just talk to each other and get things done. It can be pretty hectic, and there’s always some kind of small crisis to deal with, but that’s just how the event business is. We’ve done all kinds of projects for different brands and local businesses. We just focus on showing up on time and making sure the setup looks the way it’s supposed to look according to the drawing. It's tough but we like the variety.
