You can find us at Indo Arcade on Cherooty Road, up on the third floor in room 305. The building is right in the middle of everything, so the noise from the street usually makes its way up to us. It’s a typical office space, filled with files, computers, and a lot of half-drunk cups of coffee. We manage all sorts of events from here. It’s a lot of coordination work, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people. We have to make sure the venue is ready, the speakers are booked, and the catering is on its way. It sounds simple but something always goes sideways. We’ve learned to be pretty flexible. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how each other thinks. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just handle things as they come up. Sometimes we’re working on a corporate seminar and the next day it’s a local product launch. Every day is a bit different. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, and we’re friends with most of the other tenants. It’s a good community. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just stay focused on the details and try to make sure every event we handle goes off without any major disasters. It’s stressful work, but it keeps us busy.
