Pluspoint Events

Pluspoint Events is based in Westhill, in the Chavakkad area of Calicut. It is a decent spot to work from because we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble from traffic. Our office is nothing fancy. It is mostly just a place for us to store our gear and sit down to make some phone calls. We spend the majority of our time out on the road, going to various halls and event spaces. Event planning sounds like it would be exciting, but for us, it is mostly just a lot of manual labor and checking long lists. We are not a high-end agency with a big marketing budget. It is just a few of us and some helpers we bring in for the big jobs. We do not have a polished script when we talk to clients. We just talk to them like regular people and see what they need. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a decoration breaking, and we just have to fix it and move on. That is just how this business works. We do not use phrases like "premium service" because it sounds too corporate for us. We just do the work and hope the client is happy at the end of the day. Westhill is a good community and we get a lot of local business from families and small organizations around Calicut. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
