Royal Caterers

Royal Caterers is based in Chevayoor. We have been working in this area for quite a long time now. Even though the name sounds a bit grand, we are just a normal local business. We do not have a fancy office or a showroom. If you come to visit us, you will find us in our kitchen clothes, probably busy with a large order. Our kitchen is always full of activity. There is usually someone grinding spices or cleaning the large pots we use for cooking biryani. We focus on traditional dishes that people in Kerala enjoy at their functions. We do not try to do anything too modern or complicated. Most of our workers are from the local Chevayoor area, so we all know each other well. We do not have a sales team or a big marketing plan. Usually, people see our food being served at an event and they ask for our contact details. We try to be as helpful as we can when someone calls to book an order. Planning an event can be stressful, so we try not to add to that. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting stuck in the heavy Calicut traffic, but we always find a way to fix it. Our main goal is just to make sure the food is ready and tasty when it needs to be. It is busy work, but it keeps us going.
