Texas Chillies

We’ve been running Texas Chillies here on the Main Road in Prafulla Kanan for a while now. It’s a busy part of Krishnapur and there is always something going on outside our door. Kolkata gets pretty humid, as everyone knows, so we spend a lot of time just trying to keep things organized and moving. Being right on the main stretch means we see all sorts of people walking by from morning until the evening. We open up, get the lights on, and start our day just like everyone else around here. It isn’t a fancy setup but it works for what we do. Our address is over in the 700101 zip code area if you are looking for us. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much but that is just part of living in this city. We have some regulars who come in and we know their names, which is nice. Most of the staff has been here for a bit so we have a rhythm. We don't really do much advertising or anything because we stay busy enough with the people who live nearby. It’s just a regular local spot where we try to do our job right. We’ve got our signs up and the door is usually open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. It’s a straightforward place and we like it that way. No big corporate rules here, just us trying to keep the place running day after day.
