Sabsamay Foods

Sabsamay Foods is tucked away at 17/1/1B, Dover Terrace. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been running our food business from this spot for some time now. It’s not a huge factory; it’s more of a local setup where we prepare things and get them ready for delivery. The kitchen is always going, and there’s usually a good smell of spices or whatever we are working on that day floating out the door. We don’t have a team of people in suits. We wear aprons and spend most of our time on our feet. The space is a bit tight, especially when a big order comes in, but we’ve learned how to move around each other. We don’t use any of those fancy marketing words. We just make food that we’d be happy to eat ourselves. Some days are better than others, and things don't always go exactly as planned, but that’s just how a small food business works. We have a few delivery bikes that go back and forth throughout the day. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like it that way. It’s a straightforward business. We just want to get the food out while it’s fresh and move on to the next batch. We've been here for years and hope to stay for a lot more. Nothing too complicated about it.
