Anmol Spices (P) Ltd is located on the 6th floor of the Narayani Building at 27 Brabourne Road. Our specific spot is Room No-605, and you can usually tell you are close because of the faint smell of different seeds and ground spices that seems to linger in the hallway. The building is one of those old ones in the heart of the trading district, and the lift can be a bit slow and grumpy sometimes. Inside our office, we have samples of various spices kept in small bags and containers on the shelves. It’s a very traditional environment where we spend a lot of time talking to traders and checking the quality of the lots that come in. The desks are covered in ledgers and notes about market prices and weights. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets, just some basic computers and a lot of patience for the paperwork. The 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below, where trucks are always loading and unloading bags of goods. It gets quite noisy during the peak hours of the afternoon. We have a small group of staff who have been handling spice trading for years, so they know exactly what to look for when a new batch arrives. It is just a regular trading office where we work hard to keep the spice business moving along.
