We are located in Bada Bazar, which is one of the busiest markets you’ll ever see. Our office is in Security House at 23-B N.S. Road. We are in Suite 412E. This building has been here for a very long time, and so have we. The whole area is filled with traders, porters, and people moving goods. It’s very loud and crowded, but that is the heart of commerce in this city. Our office has that old-fashioned feel. We still use a lot of paper and ledgers. We don't really care much for the modern, minimalist office look. We have stacks of files and old wooden desks. We’ve been doing business here for generations. It’s mostly about the people we know. We deal with the same families and merchants year after year. There is a lot of trust involved in what we do. We don't do any marketing or have a sales team. People just know where to find us. The staircases in the building are narrow and the hallways are dark, but we know every corner. It gets very hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans running and stay at it. It’s a traditional way of working that hasn't changed much over time. We like the rhythm of the bazaar. It’s our way of life and we just keep it going every single day.
