Ridima Farming Farmer Producer Company Limited is located over in Vill Chatter. We are part of the Palampur area, specifically under the Andretatehsil part of Distt Kangra. Rakesh Singh is the one who helps manage things from his place. Kangra is a beautiful spot, but farming here takes a lot of effort every day. We got together as a group of farmers to figure out how to sell our produce without getting a bad deal. Being a producer company means we are just a bunch of neighbors working on the same goals. Palampur has that nice mountain air, which is great for the crops. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a room where we keep our records and meet when the sun goes down. Most of us have been in Chatter our whole lives. We know the soil in Andretatehsil better than anyone else. It's hard work, especially when the rains are unpredictable. Sometimes the monkeys get into the fields, and we have to deal with that too. We aren't trying to be some big city business. We just want the farmers in Kangra to have a fair shake. Rakesh's house is where we usually gather to talk about the next harvest. It's a local thing, kept simple for the people living right here in the village. We all help each other out when things get busy during the planting season.
