We go by the name Chandisthan Farmers Producer Company Limited. We are based right in the middle of Vill/Block- Chandi. It is a quiet place where most people spend their time out in the fields. We aren't a big corporation with a high-rise office. Our setup is simple because that is all we really need to get our work done. A lot of local farmers here in Chandi decided to come together to make this company. It makes sense because we all deal with the same crops and the same weather. Some seasons the rain is good and everything is easy, but other years we really have to struggle. That is just the life we have here. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big mission statement. We just focus on the daily tasks. If you come to Chandi, you will probably see us talking by the road or working on some machinery. We like to keep things local and straightforward. There is no need for complicated talk when you are just trying to handle farming business. We are just regular people from the village trying to make a go of it. Everyone knows everyone else around here, so we have to be honest and work hard. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without any fuss.
