This is Ihoan Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our location is out in Vill Akhaipost Kotla. It’s a rural spot, very much a village setting. Being out here means we’re close to the fields and the people we work with. Most of us grew up around these parts. Life is slower in Akhaipost Kotla than in the big cities. We don't have a huge staff or a tall building. It's just a place where farmers come together. We spend our days dealing with the usual daily tasks. Sometimes the roads aren't great, especially when it rains, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just a group of people from the village trying to organize things better for everyone involved. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We just write things down in our ledgers and talk to people face-to-face. That's the way it's always been done. We know our neighbors. We know the land around Kotla well. It’s home for us.
