Subitha Catering

We are located at No 1/17 on 12th Cross Street in Venkateshwara Nagar. Ramapuram is a nice area, and this street is usually pretty calm, which is good for us. We run Subitha Catering from here. It is just a regular house that we’ve converted to handle the cooking. We spend most of our time in the back where the big stoves are. It gets incredibly hot in there, especially in the summer months when the sun is hitting the roof. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people who need food for their family events. Most of our work comes from people right here in Ramapuram or the nearby areas. We have a few big aluminum vessels and some basic supplies. It’s a very manual process. We chop everything by hand and keep an eye on the pots ourselves. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order enough napkins or running slightly behind, but we always fix it. It’s a local business through and through. We know the milkman and the grocery store owner on the corner. That’s the way we like it. We aren't trying to expand into some massive corporation. We just want to keep doing what we do at 12th Cross Street. It keeps us busy and it’s an honest way to make a living for us. Nothing more to it than that, really.
