Anithas Kitchen

At Anithas Kitchen, we spend our days at No 20/37 on Swamy Koil Street. We are situated right near the Subramania Kovil in Alandur. It is a traditional kind of neighborhood, and we like the vibe here. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We don't have a storefront really, just our cooking space. We handle various catering requests from people around Alandur and nearby areas. Being so close to the temple means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The street can be a bit narrow, but we manage our deliveries okay. We start our mornings with the usual chores, getting the stove going and checking the supplies. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find out about us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep the menu simple and focus on what we know how to make well. Alandur is a nice place to be based. We’ve stayed at this address for a long time and don't plan on moving. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or corporate. We just show up every day and get the cooking done. Sometimes we have big orders that keep us up late, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We enjoy being part of the community here.
