You can find us at No 9 on Ocf Road, right across from the Meenakshi Theatre. Avadi is a busy place, and being near the theatre means there is always something going on. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while. It’s not a huge setup, but it’s enough for what we do. We handle catering for all sorts of events, from small birthdays to bigger local gatherings. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we are a local team through and through. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing people. Most of our work comes from someone telling their neighbor about us. We keep the kitchen busy throughout the week. Usually, our prep work on the weekends is the heaviest. We focus on making food that tastes like it was made at home, even if it's for a hundred people. The menu is mostly traditional stuff that everyone in Avadi knows and likes. We don't try to do fusion or anything trendy. It’s just good, solid food. Sometimes the theatre crowds make the road a bit crowded, but we’ve learned to work around it. We just focus on our orders and make sure the food is ready when we said it would be. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it keeps us going.
