N S Tasty Caterars is located at No 9, Prabhudas Street in Pasumpon Nagar, Pammal. It’s a bit of a distance from the middle of the city, but we like it that way. Pammal is a decent area and it has everything we need. Our kitchen isn't anything special to look at. We didn't want to waste money on a fancy office. We’d rather focus on the work we do. We started this small business because we enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Now it’s just a few of us working here every single day. We buy all our stuff from the local markets around Pammal. Usually, you’ll find us starting our prep work when the sun is coming up. The work is physical and can be quite tiring, but we’re used to the routine by now. We don't have any big mission or corporate goals. We just want to get the orders out on time and make sure the food is hot when it gets there. We do a lot of office lunches and small family parties in the neighborhood. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of workers. We’re just local people trying to make a living. Sometimes the rain makes our street a bit difficult to navigate, but we always manage to get the food delivered. We just take things one day at a time and get the work done.
