White Pepper Fun Dining Restaurant is up on the 1st floor of Itag Plaza. We are located in the ABC Area on GS Road in Guwahati, which is one of the busiest roads in the city. If you find Rajiv Bhawan, you are basically here because we are right near it. The pin code is 781005. Running a restaurant on the first floor means we spend a lot of time watching the traffic go by on GS Road from the windows. It’s a lot of work keeping a kitchen going in Guwahati. We have to make sure the supplies arrive on time, even when the traffic is at a standstill. We aren't a big chain from Delhi or Mumbai; we're just a local spot in Itag Plaza. Our staff comes from nearby neighborhoods and we've been working together for a while now. The ABC Area has a lot of offices, so we see the same people coming in during their lunch breaks. We don't have any polished corporate mission or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the tables clean and the food moving out of the kitchen. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we have to use the stairs a lot. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We just try to keep things simple and run a decent place for the local crowd.
