Galaxy Restaurants & Bar

Our restaurant and bar is part of the Trimurty International Hotel in Paltanbazar. Guwahati is a busy city and Paltanbazar is right at the heart of it, near the station. We get all sorts of people coming in—travelers, locals, and people staying at the hotel. We have a place for food and a separate bar area for those who want a drink. It’s been here for years and the building has that old Guwahati feel. It’s not a fancy or stylish place, just a regular spot where you can get a drink and some dinner. The street outside is always crowded with people and buses, so it’s nice to have a place to sit down and get away from the noise. We don't use any fancy tricks to get people in. Most folks know where we are because we’ve been here so long. The menu has the usual stuff people like to eat when they’re out. The staff are mostly local guys who know the area well. We keep things pretty straightforward. It gets a bit lively in the evenings when people finish work. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open the doors, serve the food, and make sure everything is running okay. We also make sure the drinks are cold and the service is decent enough for someone looking for a break.
