Chick N Chilly is located on G S Road in Dispur. We are right opposite Anil Plaza, which is a big landmark in this part of Guwahati. Most people know where that is. G S Road is always noisy with cars and people, so there’s never a dull moment looking out the window. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a decent sized place for what we need. We don't use any scripts or fancy manuals to talk to people. We just treat everyone like neighbors. The weather in Guwahati can be a bit unpredictable, but we are always here regardless of the rain. Inside, it’s just a regular setup. We focus on the kitchen and making sure people get what they asked for. You won't find any corporate buzzwords here. We are just a local Dispur business. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, but we deal with it. Life on G S Road moves fast, and we try to keep up with the pace. It’s not always perfect, and some days are harder than others when the supplies arrive late. But that’s the reality of running a food place.
