We are located right on G S Road in Guwahati. If you know where the VLCC is in Christian Basti, we are just below that. It’s a very busy part of town, 781034. We’ve been serving food here for a while now. People usually stop in while they’re out shopping or doing errands along the main road. Confucius is just our name, and we try to keep the kitchen running smooth. It’s not a very big place, but we have enough tables for the lunch and dinner rush. The traffic on G S Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but it brings people in. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us cooks and the wait staff trying to get the orders out on time. The menu is what it is, mostly the stuff people in Guwahati like to eat when they want something different. We see a lot of regulars from the offices nearby in Christian Basti. It’s nice to see familiar faces. We just focus on the food and making sure the floor is clean. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s a busy Friday, but that’s just how it goes. If you’re near the VLCC, you can’t really miss us. We’re just a local eatery doing our best every day to keep the doors open and the stove hot. We don't really do the fancy plating or anything, just fill the bowls.
