Bhogjora Restaurants

We are over here at Bhogjora Restaurants, tucked inside the Mahalaxmi Hotel on G S Road. If you know Paltanbazar in Guwahati, you know it gets pretty loud and busy out there. We’ve been running things from this spot for a while now. Most days start early with us just setting up the tables and making sure everything is ready for whenever people start walking in. It’s not a very fancy place, just some chairs and tables where you can sit down for a bit. The street outside is always full of cars and people rushing to the station or the market, but inside it’s a bit different. We just focus on the daily chores, like checking the kitchen supplies or making sure the floors are wiped down properly before the lunch crowd shows up. Sometimes the humid weather makes everything feel a bit slow, but we keep the fans going. It’s a lot of work, and some days are definitely more tiring than others. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just open up the doors, cook what needs to be cooked, and serve it to whoever comes through the entrance of the hotel. It’s just how things go for us here in 781008. We are just a local part of the neighborhood, trying to get through the day like everyone else around here in Paltanbazar.
