Banzaara

Banzaara is tucked away inside the Rajmahal Hotel on AT Road. If you know Guwahati well, you know we are pretty close to Paltan Bazar. It is a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people always moving around. We have been operating out of this spot for a good while. Most of the folks who come in are either staying at the hotel or they work in the nearby shops and offices. It gets noisy outside on AT Road, but once you step inside, it is a bit different. We are not trying to be anything too fancy. We just keep the place going. A lot of our regulars are people who have been coming by for years because they know exactly where we are located. Being near the bazaar means there is always something happening nearby. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the way, but that is just how it is in this part of Guwahati. We just show up, set everything up, and wait for the first customers of the day. The staff here is mostly local, so we talk to people in a normal way. No big speeches or polished scripts. It is just Banzaara, a place on the road where you can stop. We do not think too much about being the best or anything like that. We just want to make sure the doors are open and things are ready. It is a simple operation inside Rajmahal.
