This part of Guwahati is always humming with activity, especially with all the cars and people on the main road. We are just a regular restaurant trying to do our daily work. There isn't anything fancy about how we run things. We wake up, get the kitchen started, and wait for the first customers to arrive. The location near Second Janpath Lane makes it easy for people in the local area to find us. We see a lot of familiar faces from around the neighborhood as well as travelers who are new to the city. G S Road can be quite loud and dusty at times, but that is just part of being in a central area. We don't spend much time on marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the food and making sure the tables are clean. It is a simple, practical place to eat if you are in the Ulubari area. We’ve been operating out of the hotel for some time now and just keep to our routine, serving whoever walks in through the door.
