Atrium Restaurants

Our restaurant is inside the Grand Starline Hotel, which is on GS Road in the Christian Basti area of Guwahati. This is one of the busiest parts of the city, so there’s always a lot of noise and traffic outside. Being part of the hotel means we are open early to serve breakfast to the people staying there. After that, we stay open for the rest of the day for anyone else who wants to come in. It’s a decent-sized place, and we’ve tried to make it comfortable without being too fancy. I’ve been working here for a few years, and I know most of the people in the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate office telling us what to do. We just run the place ourselves. The staff is a good mix of people who have been here a long time and some newer ones. We serve a lot of different things because we get people from all over the country staying at the hotel. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a supplier who is running late. We don't do any big promotions. We just rely on the hotel guests and the people who work in the offices along GS Road. It’s a straightforward, honest place to get a meal.
