The Piano Bars

You can find us inside the Landmark Hotel on Dr B Barooah Road. We are right there in Ulubari. Guwahati has changed a lot, but this spot stays pretty consistent. The Piano Bars isn’t trying to be anything too over the top. We just run the bar and look after the guests who come through the hotel doors. It is a handy location if you are already in the Ulubari area or staying at the hotel. We spend most of our time making sure the shelves are stocked and the tables are wiped down. It gets a bit louder in the evenings when more people finish work. Sometimes the music is playing, sometimes it’s just people talking. We don't really do big speeches about what we do. It’s a bar, and we are here to work. Dr B Barooah Road is a busy stretch in Guwahati. You can't really miss the Landmark Hotel if you are in the Ulubari area. Most people who come here are either staying in the hotel or working in the nearby offices. We keep the place running every day, starting from the afternoon until late.
