The Family Lounge

We have been here at S S Road for a while now, right inside the Dynasty Hotel in Lakhtokia. It’s a busy part of Guwahati, so people usually stop by when they are out shopping or doing work nearby. The Family Lounge is just what it says on the sign. We try to keep things simple and comfortable for anyone who walks in. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during the lunch hour, but that’s just how it is in this area with all the people moving around. We have tables set up for small groups or families who want a place to sit down for a bit. It is not a very fancy place, but we keep it clean and the staff knows most of the regulars by name. People come here to take a break from the heat or the rain outside. We don't really do much advertising because most folks find us just by walking past the hotel. If you are ever around Lakhtokia and need a spot to rest your feet, you can find us easily enough. It is pretty quiet in the mornings before the midday rush starts up. We handle the daily routine and make sure the food is ready on time. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up every day and do the work. It’s been a good spot for us and the local residents seem to like having a reliable place to go.
