Sikha Restaurant

We are right on Station Road in the Maligaon area. It gets pretty busy around here with the trains and people moving through Guwahati all the time. It is a simple spot for a meal. We usually open early and stay open until the evening rush settles down for the night. Most people just stop by for a quick bite before they catch their ride. We have some tables and chairs that have been around for a while, but they work just fine for what we need. The kitchen is always going from the morning. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular place to get some food when you are in this part of town. Sometimes it gets loud outside because of all the traffic on the road, but inside it stays alright. We handle most of the cooking and cleaning ourselves without much help. If you walk down from the station, you will see us there. We have been at this address, 781001, for quite a long time now. My cousin comes in to help when it gets really packed on market days. We don’t have a huge menu or anything like that, just the things we usually make every day. The floor gets a bit dusty with so many people coming in from the street, but we sweep it when there is a break. It is just a way to make a living and feed people who are passing through.
