Guwahati is a city that’s always growing, and Zoo Road is one of the busiest stretches you’ll find. There’s always construction or traffic, but it keeps things interesting. Prasnata Court is a decent spot, and being at number 1 makes us easy to spot from the main road. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they work at AIDC or live in the nearby apartments. It’s a small, simple kitchen where we just focus on getting the work done. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big staff. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the food is ready and the place is open on time. Sometimes we talk to the people who come in, but mostly we just let them go about their day. It’s an honest way to earn a living in the city. We’ve been on Zoo Road long enough to know the rhythms of the street, when it’s going to be packed and when it’ll be quiet. We just stay here and do what we do, making sure the kitchen is running and the customers get what they came for without any fuss.
