M/S Grill

M/S Grill is located on R G Baruah Road in the Sundar Pur area of Guwahati. This is a very busy part of town and we are right in the middle of it. We focus on grilling food for the people who live and work nearby. The kitchen stays hot and we are usually busy with orders throughout the day and evening. We started this place because we liked the idea of a simple grill shop on this road. It is not a big restaurant with many floors, just a local spot. The 781003 area has a lot of traffic, so we get a mix of regulars and people just passing through. We spend a lot of time on prep work, cutting vegetables and getting the heat ready. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the grill. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. It is just us cooking and serving. Sometimes the orders get backed up when it is raining or during peak hours. We just try to keep up. R G Baruah Road is always changing with new shops, but we just keep our focus on the food we make. It is a plain and simple business. We open up, cook, and clean up at the end of the night. People seem to like what we do, so we just keep at it.
