We operate out of the Hotel Lilawati Grand on Motilal Neheru Road. It’s a central part of Panbazar, and being near Don Bosco School means we hear the school bells and the kids shouting in the afternoons. The street outside is always packed with cars and rickshaws, so it can get pretty noisy. We are tucked inside the hotel, which makes it a bit quieter than the main road. We spend our mornings setting up the dining area and checking the supplies we got from the market. The building has its quirks, like the occasional flickering light or a door that squeaks every time it opens. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed for whoever walks in. It is a lot of routine work, like folding napkins and making sure the floors are swept before the lunch rush starts. Our team is small, and we mostly just focus on our specific tasks without much fuss. Panbazar is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, and we have to go out and ask them to move. It’s just part of being in this part of Guwahati. We don’t have anything fancy going on, just a steady place to sit and eat while the city moves outside. It gets pretty hectic with the traffic and school bells ringing throughout the day, but we just manage.
