Gams Delicacy Restaurant

Gams Delicacy Restaurant is over in the Sree Krishna Market on the first floor. We are on G S Road in Ganeshguri and if you look up you can see the flyover right above us. It’s a very loud spot because of all the traffic in Guwahati passing by. You have to walk up a set of stairs to get to us and they can be a bit slippery when it rains. The restaurant isn't very big so the tables are pretty close together. We serve local dishes and we try to get the food out as fast as the kitchen can manage. It’s a busy market area so we get people who are shopping or working nearby. We have a few windows but they mostly just look out at the bottom of the flyover and the tops of buses. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but we haven't had the time to close down and do it. We have some fans on the ceiling that wobble a little when they are on high speed. It’s just a normal place where people come to eat their lunch or dinner. We’ve been here in 781006 for quite a while now. The staff knows most of the regular customers by name. We don't have anything fancy like printed menus every day. We just tell people what we have and get to work.
