Rawat Vaishnav Bhojnalaya

Our bhojnalaya is located on Gughal Road in the Jwalapur area of Haridwar. Specifically, we are in Dhirwali, and our pincode is 249407. This is a very traditional part of town, and we try to keep things that way. Being a Vaishnav place, we are very careful about how we handle everything in the kitchen. The space is simple, with some old-fashioned benches and tables that have seen a lot of use. People come here for a meal that feels honest and simple. We do not use any fancy machines; most of the work is done by hand. Haridwar is a place where many people are looking for a clean, basic meal, and that is what we provide. The road outside is often dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the front area. We start our work very early in the morning when the air is still cool. By the time the sun is high, the kitchen is hot and we are busy serving folks from the neighborhood. We don't have a big menu with lots of options. We just make a few things every day and make enough so that we do not run out too early. It is a humble way to earn a living, and we have been doing it this way for a long time. Jwalapur is our home, and we are just another small business on Gughal Road trying to do things right for the people who stop by.
