Back Benchers Breed Restaurant

Our restaurant, Back Benchers Breed, is located on Haridwar Road, specifically near Ranipur More. It’s a spot where a lot of younger people and travelers end up stopping by. We chose the name because it felt a bit different from the usual places around here. The restaurant isn't very old, but we’ve tried to make it a place where you can just sit and hang out for a while. It’s right on the main road, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by. We have a simple setup with tables that can fit groups of friends. The kitchen is always busy because we try to have a variety of things on the menu. Running a place in Haridwar means we see all sorts of people from everywhere. Some are just passing through, and others live right around the corner. We don't have any corporate training or anything fancy. We just learned as we went along. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the day is busier than we expected. We just tell the customers and they usually understand. It’s a very casual environment. We don't put on any acts. The walls have some simple stuff on them, and the lights are just bright enough. We spend most of our time making sure the food is cooked right and the tables are wiped down. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a long day. We’re just happy to have a shop on this busy road.
