Chotiwala has been a fixture on Railway Road for quite a long time. We are right by the Laltaroa Bridge in Haridwar. If you’ve ever come here for a pilgrimage or just to see the Ganga, you’ve probably walked past us. Haridwar is a holy place and it stays busy year-round. We see thousands of people passing through this street every week. We aren't a fancy modern café. We’re a traditional spot that’s been doing things the same way for years. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or corporate language. We just have our staff, our kitchen, and the same old tables we’ve had for a while. It’s a noisy place because the road is always full of rickshaws and people talking. We don't mind it, though. It’s the energy of the city. We just focus on serving people quickly so they can get back to their travels. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big group comes in at once, but we manage. We aren't looking to change anything or become some huge chain. We just like being here by the bridge, serving whoever comes through the door. It’s a simple business. We don't have any missions, we just have meals. If you’re coming from the railway station, we are right on your way.
