Doon Flavour Restro is located inside Hotel Arun, which you can find at Ranipur more in Haridwar. We are quite close to the matrachaya hospital, which is a good way to find us if you are new to the area. Being inside a hotel means we get a real mix of people staying there and locals coming in from outside. It is a bit of a different setup compared to a standalone restaurant. The space we have is decent, with enough room for families to sit down together and eat. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. The kitchen is a separate area and we have a few staff members who have stayed with us since we first opened. Haridwar is a very busy place, especially during the festival seasons, and we definitely feel that rush here. Things can get a bit hectic and quite loud when the tables are full. We do not have any fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just serve the food and make sure the tables are wiped down properly. It is a very practical and straightforward setup. Sometimes we have to deal with the hotel management stuff too, which adds to our daily workload. The hospital nearby means we often get people looking for a quiet meal after a very long day.
