Chennai Romeos Restaurant

Located in Shivalik Nagar, right on the main road. It’s a busy spot near the shopping complex. We’ve been here for a while now. The morning usually starts with getting everything set up before the sun gets too hot. People coming from the nearby shops often stop by. It’s not fancy, just a regular place with tables and chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush. Haridwar can get dusty, especially being on the main road like this. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it. The kitchen stays pretty warm. We usually have the radio playing in the back. It’s a simple setup at S-288. We don’t have much room for fancy stuff. The floor is tile and we mop it twice a day. Most people who come in live around here or work at the complex. We see the same faces every week. It’s just how things go. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting by the door. It gets cramped when it's raining because everyone wants to stand inside. We just keep doing what we do every day. The sign outside is bright enough to see from the road. Nothing special, just a place to eat and go. We just try to keep the chairs filled and the stove running from morning until we close up.
