Radha Swami Bhojnayalay

We are located inside the Gareebdasi Dharamshala on Railway Road in Haridwar. It’s a very spiritual part of the world, and being near the Shiv Murti means we see a lot of pilgrims and travelers coming through. Our bhojnayalay is a humble setup. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing food and making sure the seating area is ready for the next group of people. Haridwar is always full of energy, especially during the festivals, and Railway Road gets really packed. We also serve the Roorkee area, which keeps us pretty busy. The dharamshala is an old place with a lot of history, and we are just one part of it. We don't have a big menu or anything fancy. It’s just simple, honest food for people who are on a journey. The 249401 area is our home. We wake up early to get things started because the trains bring in people at all hours. Sometimes it's tiring, especially when the weather is cold in the winter, but we keep going. There isn't any big philosophy behind what we do. We just cook and serve and try to be helpful to those who stop by. It’s a quiet life in a loud city. We just do our bit every single day without much fuss. If you are on Railway Road, you will likely see our sign near the dharamshala entrance.
