Nirulas restaurant

Nirulas restaurant is located in the Bhupatwala area of Haridwar, which is quite a busy part of town. We are specifically situated near the Bheem goda chowk. If you have been to Haridwar, you know how crowded it gets with all the people coming through for the temples and the river. Being near the chowk means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our doors. Inside, we just try to keep things moving as fast as we can. We have people coming in all through the day, some looking for a quick snack and others wanting to sit down for a full meal. We spend a lot of our time making sure the tables are wiped down and the floors are clean, which is a constant job because of all the foot traffic. The kitchen stays busy, and you can always hear the sound of the machines and the staff calling out orders. Haridwar has a certain energy, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have any fancy mission statements; we just show up, open the doors, and start serving. Sometimes the rush is a bit overwhelming, but we just handle one person at a time. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and making sure the food goes out hot. We have a lot of regulars who live nearby and also tourists who are just passing through the chowk.
