Next 2 (Radisson Blu Hotel)

Next 2 is where I work. It is located inside the Radisson Hotel over at Plot No 12 in the Sidcul area of Haridwar. Being in an industrial area like Sidcul means we see a lot of people traveling for work. It’s not right in the middle of the temple areas, so it’s a bit different than the rest of Haridwar. The hotel is big, and we are just one part of it. We deal with breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day. It can get pretty frantic when a big group checks in all at once, but we manage. The 249401 zip code keeps us busy. We don't really do the whole fine dining act even though we are in a big hotel. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving. The kitchen staff and the servers have been together for a while, so we have a rhythm. We don't have a fancy speech about what we do. We just work the shifts. People come in, they eat, and they go back to their rooms or their meetings. It’s a practical place for folks who are staying at the hotel or working nearby in the Sidcul factories. Sometimes we have locals come in too. It’s just a normal restaurant environment, nothing too crazy or over the top.
