New Punjabi Vaishnav Dhabha

New Punjabi Vaishnav Dhabha is out here in Roorkee, 247667. We are located near the Mishan School on the road that goes towards Haridwar. Being near a school means we see a lot of kids and parents in the morning and afternoon. It’s a local spot where people stop by when they are traveling through. We only serve vegetarian food here because that’s how we’ve always done it. The dhaba is an open kind of place. We have some wooden benches and the roof is just a basic one. It can get a bit chilly in the winter mornings, so we keep the tea boiling all the time. The road to Haridwar is usually busy with buses and cars. We get a lot of pilgrims stopping by for a quick bite. We don't have a big menu. We just make a few things every day and when they are gone, they are gone. The staff is just a few of us from the local village. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. It’s a dusty place because of the traffic, but we wipe the tables down constantly. There isn't much to say about us. We are just a simple dhaba on the side of the road. We stay open until late at night and then start over the next day. We have been near Mishan School for a long time and we know most of the people who walk by. It’s a quiet life on the road.
